The AdvocacyPro Human Services software for Case Management is designed for tracking general assistance activities (food, shelter, program referrals, employment, etc.)  The system can be used by a single agency or shared among several faith based or other community outreach providers.  The case management system is web based and can share clients across programs or segregate at the provider or program level.  The human services software system runs on Windows 2000+ and any version of SQL Server.  (We have also ported it to PHP for clients who need it).

Each human services software system is designed to be modular and customizable based on the needs of each agency.  Some of our software versions are hosted apps which allow less customization but lower costs.  These are offered on an initial setup basis and then a monthly subscription.  For networks of human services agencies needing the same version of the software, AdvocacyPro is designed to support multiple agencies and users while still segregating data, but allowing aggregated reporting.
